It's easy to have good intentions, and a lot harder to follow through. I think you make a wise choice by limiting your goals and focusing on following through on the ones you do set. Good job!

I am new at voicing my thoughts on email..so please bear with me.  I think many women set unrealistic goals for the new year.  Many women may forget the time and energy it takes to finish a task, then add several more from her goals for the new year.  I have found to limit my goals, and try to follow my good intentions to the end.  I don't always succeed, but I do feel good about the goals I accomplish.  Thank you for your thoughts.
