Resolving Conflicts

In my newfound quest to bring more peace into this world, starting in my own home, I’m trying to do a better job of teaching my kids how to resolve conflicts. Here is a good article called “Six Steps For Resolving Conflicts” that outlines an easy to use conflict resolution strategy. What strategies have you found that help you resolve conflicts?

That’s a great article. I have made an attempt to un-shrill my voice (not a real word, but you know what I mean!) and pay attention to my volume level. Truly it makes a difference.
Communication and forgiveness, which I very recently wrote a way to long post about. I should have posted it in two my three posts but learning to forgive quickly is so important and learning what true forgiveness is. Thanks for sharing this post!
