About Violet Voices
Violet Voices is the blog for author and speaker, Meredith Efken. That’s me. I’m fond of the phrase “No shrinking violets” because I believe that people need to be empowered and encouraged to be everything they’ve been created to be. Violets are actually pretty tough little flowers. They survive in the worst growing conditions, and they manage to be beautiful in spite of the hardships they face.
Violet Voices‘ aim is to give a voice to all you tough, beautiful violets out there. It’s a way for you to tell your story. You’ll see lots of different categories–parenting, stay-at-home moms, international adoption, and the female experience. I hope you’ll share your story, too.
